Founder + CEO

With a decade of experience in strong leadership roles; as a full-stack marketing executive for e-commerce companies’, Bianca’s forward-thinking expanded into launching her very own boutique marketing agency, RAVEN + CO.

Bianca’s grit and breakthrough understanding of digital communities is the essence of RAVEN + CO.

Her mission is to cultivate and deliver brand identity through a streamlined and efficient process that allows for expansion. Bianca's core values reflect on RAVEN + CO's impactful company culture.

Ria Luna

Digital Marketing Manager

For the past five years, Ria has found her specialty in digital marketing, content writing, and social media management. Ria’s worked with brands in various industries - she’s able to take on any business, no matter what the sector or size, through a successful digital transformation. Ria’s philosophy is “for a brand to be successful; it needs that human connection!” She is passionate about taking a brand, creating a unique voice with a combination of human touch through modern brand positioning, an eye for design, and staying on top of the latest digital trends. Ria Luna is a Toronto native.

 

Rio Tancongo

Digital Creative Director

Rioneal Tancongco is a graduate of BS Psychology and a licensed psychometrician. After 3 years in psychology, she reevaluated her career decided to work on her passion - graphic design.

Rio is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, and Canva. During her downtime, she practices her craft in UI/UX.

“Helping others and creating an impact”, has always been her driving force. Bringing her psychology background In the world of graphics, she knows that one must communicate and send the right message to help other people. You must be able to hear stories and effectively share them with the world. From psychology to graphic design, bridging the communication gap is what she does best.
